一个公司的人员构成不可能永远一成不变,随着公司的不断壮大、发展,需要更多的人力。同时,还有其他诸如员工辞职跳槽或者被其他公司挖角等情况,经常会出现某一个或某些职位上人事变动的情况。这也是每一家公司或机构必然存在的现象之一。如果那些职位需要直接和公司的客户打交道,那么在人员更替之后就有必要将新人介绍给老客户,使双方互相熟悉,完成工作顺利交接。当然,这一任务非该职位的前任莫属。
John最近就遇到了这一情况,他以前负责的一块工作将由他的同事Vienna Thomas接替。因此他给自己在美国中西部的客户发了一封电子邮件,在信中把Vienna介绍给了他们。
